The brand, which created the Perfume curriculum for store employees, has launched a training program implemented by experienced trainers in many titles such as personal development, professional development, sales competencies, leadership skills, product and brand knowledge.
The brand, which is sensitive about producing the world's most beautiful fragrances in the highest quality and offering them to its customers at affordable prices, has raised the bar to a higher level in order to achieve quality. It has started to achieve great successes under the management of fragrance experts and chemists with its InoLab (Innovative Fragrance Laboratory) R&D laboratory, which also has the GCMS technology it established. The design group, which Loris calls DesignHub (Signature on Perfume), manages the communication activities of the institution for all channels.
LORIS is taking strong steps towards becoming a global cosmetics brand with its innovative creations and competitive product range, and in this context, it continues to expand its supply chain by showing the success of exporting to many continents, especially Europe. The productions, which are carried out under the permissions of the Ministry of Health, are prepared in accordance with ISO 22716:2007 GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and without compromising on hygiene and quality, and the imported essences are put on the market after being subjected to organoleptic, physical and chemical tests (Purity Test GC-MS Device) in its fully equipped laboratory. The primary basic principle in the brand vision, which is always designed by keeping customer satisfaction and expectations high, is the understanding of quality. In this direction, within the brand, feedbacks are meticulously examined and reported according to the Customer Satisfaction ISO 10002:2004 Quality Standard.
